  Hi Mike! I saw that you read your reviews, so I thought I would send you a message through the review. We had ordered our rugs in November and were told they would arrive in two weeks. They did not come in during the two weeks. We did not receive any phone calls but we called your store ourselves. Then we were told that the rugs would be in December 26 to December 28. Again, they did not come in and no phone calls. We had to make the calls or go into the store. Tim keeps telling us that he leaves messages for you but you never return phone calls. We are quite frustrated and don’t know what to do. I hope you read this review and give us a call back! If you need our number contact Tim at your store or check one of the many messages on your phone. Thank you! 1/15/2018 Thanks for responding! Also thank you for the $300 credit to make up for the delay! I hope to see the rugs this Friday! Debbie
