  I ordered online recently. Paid for shipping, which was 5-7 business days. According to the website all online orders are processed in 2 business days. My order wasn't processed for over a week and shipped after that. My item isn't due to arrive until next month. I emailed them asking about it. They blamed the fact that they had a sale for their back up and sent some generic impersonal email. But failed to communicate the delay to their customers. I replied to their email and they never followed up. Customer service is terrible. I wouldn't buy online unless you have 3 weeks to wait for your product.
