  I was waiting to leave this review until my couch was actually fixed, but since I’ve been waiting three weeks for them to fix my issue, I will leave it now. I should have known that when the salesman acted like he couldn’t care less about us, we were doomed. It took 2.5 for our couch to arrive, as planned. I had to call and ask if it was in though. It came wrapped in cardboard and plastic and RIPPED!!! We unwrapped it and saw two things wrong- missing screws to put the leg pieces on and the side was had a very noticeable L shaped rip. I called and was told they would order me a replacement. A week later they called and I was told they would only replace the panel on my $2,000 couch that is brand new! It’s been 3 weeks and it’s still standing up against a wall because I can’t put the bottom on because they haven’t sent the screws or replaced the panel— friggin replacethe panel- omg I’m really pissed- I am completely disgusted with their lack of follow up, concern and customer service!!!! I have no idea how anyone would want to return here to purchase again. Prices are not as great as they profess and and damn couch completely stinks, not like new couch, but an indescribable musty plastic smell that hasn’t gone away like we were hoping it would. Look at other places before here. :-(
