Awful! 2 days and the iPad mini screen is still not fixed. Lied and told us it would be fixed by next day. Another lie. Never once called to tell us Had to keep going back and never fixed. Took the iPad home to take somewhere. Looks like a mess. Don’t go to this place!!! Manager says he knows nothing. Wow really!!?? Pathetic. Wish I could give negative stars.

saturday 1/20/18 i came into the store to have my charging port replaced for a droid turbo 2. pretty basic repair, ive seen guys do it on YouTube with the same phone as mine in 20-30 min. well... not the case with this guy... got my phone back 3 hours later. i guess part of the delay was he was having issues with my sim tray getting stuck. handed me back a dead battery phone and said it was good to go, which in itself is kind of weird considering i was there because of a charging issue. first thing i noticed was that my previously perfect condition screen protector was now all scratched up and had a big glue finger print in the middle. kind of annoying because i paid like $15 for a single, high quality, screen protector that is now ruined. but if my phone charges now, i can forgive it. took my phone home and found that my sim card tray cover had been broken and instead of telling me about it, he just slapped it back on and let me leave thinking everything was fine. unprofessional, but again if my phone charges now all can be forgiven. turned my phone on and realized that it wasn't taking a charge. tried a couple different chargers and realized it would only take a slow charge while turned off. unacceptable. called the shop and he said bring it right back and he'd fix it. took it back and 30 min later he still wasn't able to get it to charge properly and told me to bring it back the next day. Sunday 1/21/18 went back to the shop and i believe the owner was working that day. a hour later he couldn't figure out what the issue was and said he didn't know when he'd have it fixed. so I left and was told over the phone "it would definitely be fixed by the end of the day." 5 hours later no word, so i give them a call and its still not fixed! the owner told me the only other thing he could think of was replace the charging port a second time but they needed to order it. so i picked up my phone and the sim card tray cover was missing completely. when I asked about it he said "it was already like that". umm, no. it was you guys that broke it AND lost the cover. after i left, i later realized the volume buttons were stuck and the microphone was no longer working. Brought my phone to this shop with one problem, left with 4 more issues than i started with. A week later, still no word and i have to call these guys repeadedly just to get any kind of update because its obvious they were avoiding me. when i go in im told that the charging motherboard was fried and that there was nothing they could do. so i asked for my $67 refund and $30 on top to help replace the phone entirely. pretty fair offer considering the phone is worth over $220 new. well they didn't think so, had to argue with them for 15 minutes and threaten a bad review before i could get paid. these guys break peoples phones and instead of standing behind their work and taking accountability, they blame the customer! unbelievable... super shady business, i highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
