Never answer the phone and when they do answer you are transferred to a department and the phone just keeps ringing. 2 items were supposed to be delivered to our house on the same day - both were not!!! Now we are told one of the items will be delivered in 5 days. We have had a contracting waiting on these items so that he can finish our bathroom remodel. Never go there again, it's home depot for us from here on out.
