  Helpful and knowledgeable staff, good deals, and a fair return policy! When I bought the wrong sized oil filter wrench I was able to exchange it with no problems and the man behind the counter gave me very helpful advice instead of trying to upsell me.

  Had two dead batteries that were 2 years old. Spent at least one hour trying to jump/charge. Took the batteries into O'Reilly's on Depot St., (Where I had purchased them originally). Set the batteries on the counter. The guy took one look, realized that they were in warranty (3 year warranty), and did a couple of checks with me. Within 60 seconds after that I was walking out the door with 2 new batteries. Warranty fulfilled. Service was quick.
