- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆July 11, 2020, by Ron StuckerSheppard Termite Service came out to inspect our home in Suisun City for the new buyers in October 2016. They said there was dry rot at the back door and at the front of the house just below the roof and it needed to be cut out and repaired. When they came out all they did was sanded and put some paint over the spots. No dry rot existed and they charged $375.00. If they inspect your home I would ask for another inspection from a different company
