  Body in Balance offers fabulous physical therapy! But that's not all! They now offer Pilates private or duet classes! Adriana is a remarkable teacher who really knows her stuff. She has helped me SO MUCH! She is gentle and never pushes to the point of pain. She encourages and explains in laymen's terms. Pilates and Adriana at Body in Balance is an excellent choice for instruction, for therapy, or for getting better at what you mught be doing on your own. I highly recommend this place: Body in Balance Physical Therapy.

  I love the shops in this plaza. I dont frequent them all but i love the donut shop, nutrition shop, and Chinese restaurant. Walmart neighborhood market, subway, and pizza hut are also in this plaza. It's never overcrwded and all the businesses have friendly staff willing to help.
